At Chrono21, we are committed to offering only the finest luxury watches, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a 2 years in-house warranty on every watch sold through our store.

What’s Covered:

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. If your watch experiences any issues due to a defect, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

What’s Not Covered:

Our warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, or mishandling
• Water damage (unless the watch is water-resistant and used according to the manufacturer's guidelines)
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or fading of the watch’s surface
• Battery replacement (unless the defect is in the battery itself)

Any modifications made to the watch after purchase, including changes to the movement or exterior, will void the warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty:

In some cases, if your watch includes a valid manufacturer’s warranty, it may still be active if the date on the watch card is within the manufacturer's specified warranty period. However, Chrono21 cannot guarantee whether the manufacturer will honor this warranty or not, as it is subject to their terms and conditions. If you wish to pursue a manufacturer warranty claim, we can assist you in providing the necessary documentation, but the ultimate decision rests with the manufacturer.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you encounter any issues with your watch within the warranty period, please reach out to our customer service team at chrono21official@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the claim process, which may include sending the watch to our in-house service center for inspection and repair.
