Each timepiece undergoes an extensive, in-house authentication process before it’s shipped to you, so you can shop with complete confidence. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ve designed our return policy to make your experience with us seamless and worry-free.
Returns Window:
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to request a return. We recommend inspecting your watch as soon as it arrives and notifying us within this time frame if you wish to return it. After 24 hours from delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
Eligibility for Returns:
We offer full refunds for returns that meet the following conditions:

Functional Issues: If your watch has any mechanical or functional issues that impact its performance, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund. This includes any problems with timekeeping, movement, or other core functions of the watch.

Condition Discrepancies: If the watch you receive differs significantly from the condition described at the time of purchase—such as visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or missing items—we will accept a return for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
To request a return, please contact Chrono21 Customer Service at chrono21customerservice@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your watch. Be sure to include the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the reason for your return
- Photographs of any issues (if applicable)
Once your return request is confirmed, we will send you detailed return instructions.
Return Shipping:

Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a functional issue or a condition discrepancy, Chrono21 will cover the return shipping costs.

Packaging: Please return the watch in its original packaging, including all accessories such as the box, papers, tags, and any other items that were included. Watches returned without all original components may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process:
After we receive the returned watch and verify it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Exclusions:
- Watches that show signs of misuse, wear and tear, or alterations are not eligible for return or refund.
- Returns are not accepted after the 24-hour window has passed.
